Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and lift 50 pounds
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to adhere to company policies and standards
  • commitment to providing excellent customer service

Job Duties

  • clean resort units including sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms, and living rooms
  • maintain and adhere to housekeeping detail standards
  • clean, vacuum, dust, and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and lobbies
  • make beds and replenish supplies such as kitchenware and toiletries
  • sort, count, fold, mark, or carry linens
  • maintain positive customer and associate relationships
  • respond appropriately to guest inquiries and concerns to ensure total guest satisfaction and handle guest issues to resolution
