Job Requirements
- Ability to handle automatic floor scrubbing machines, floor buffers, and wet and dry vacuums
- availability to work overnight shift from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am
- willingness to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- commitment to maintaining cleanliness and infection control standards
- strong interpersonal skills for patient and family interaction
- physical ability to perform cleaning duties
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- experience in hotel, restaurant, or retail environments preferred
- customer service experience preferred
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of hospital areas
- operate automatic floor scrubbing machines, floor buffers, and wet and dry vacuums
- ensure infection control protocols are followed
- provide superior customer service and support to patients and families
- build positive relationships with patients and their families
- work overnight shifts including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- uphold a culture of compassion, warmth, and safety within the hospital
