Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Customer service orientation
- Ability to follow safety and operational procedures
Job Duties
- Maintain and clean designated hotel areas
- Cater to guests' requests to ensure customer satisfaction
- Clean public areas, offices, restrooms, and conference rooms
- Wipe and polish furniture and fixtures
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and shampoo carpets
- Wash windows and polish floors
- Manage trash removal and cleaning of ashtrays
- Greet guests warmly
- Report maintenance needs to management
- Monitor and maintain cleaning supplies
- Execute deep cleaning and special projects
- Assist in tidiness of guest accommodations
