Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to follow cleaning and safety protocols
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Basic knowledge of maintenance and safety compliance procedures
Job Duties
- Maintain and clean designated hotel areas including public spaces, offices, restrooms, and conference rooms
- Wipe and polish furniture and fixtures
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and shampoo carpets
- Wash windows and polish floors
- Manage removal of trash and clean ashtrays
- Greet guests with a friendly hello to create an atmosphere of hospitality
- Advise management of maintenance requirements to ensure safety compliance
- Monitor and maintain housekeeping supplies according to demand
- Execute in-depth cleaning duties and manage exclusive cleaning projects
- Fulfill guest requests and assist with tidiness of guest accommodations
