Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial services preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual cleaning tasks
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
Job Duties
- Maintain and clean designated hotel areas including public spaces, offices, restrooms, and conference rooms
- Adhere to high cleaning and presentation standards
- Wipe and polish furniture and fixtures
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, shampoo carpets, wash windows, and polish floors
- Manage trash and ashtray disposal
- Greet guests and respond to their requests
- Report maintenance issues such as fire alarms, sprinklers, and plumbing to management
- Monitor and maintain cleaning supplies
- Execute deep cleaning and special cleaning projects
- Assist in maintaining guest accommodation tidiness
