Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience an advantage
- Ability to follow cleaning protocols and safety standards
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Willingness to perform physically demanding tasks
Job Duties
- Maintain and clean designated areas including public areas, offices, restrooms, and conference rooms
- Cater to guests' requests to ensure exceptional customer service
- Wipe and polish furniture and fixtures
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and shampoo carpets
- Wash windows and polish floors
- Manage the removal of trash and cleaning ashtrays
- Advise management of maintenance needs such as fire alarms, sprinklers, sewer, and plumbing systems
- Monitor and maintain supplies based on demand and usage patterns
- Execute in-depth cleaning duties and manage exclusive projects
- Create a welcoming atmosphere by greeting guests
- Assist in tidiness of guest accommodations as needed
