Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous housekeeping or custodial experience advantageous
- ability to work effectively within a team
- strong communication skills
- attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- basic knowledge of maintenance procedures helpful
- good physical stamina for cleaning duties
- customer service orientation
Job Duties
- maintain and clean specific hotel areas including public spaces offices restrooms and conference rooms
- wipe and polish furniture and fixtures
- vacuum sweep mop and shampoo carpets
- wash windows and polish floors
- remove trash and clean ashtrays
- greet guests with a friendly hello
- report maintenance requirements to management
- monitor and maintain cleaning supplies
- execute in-depth cleaning and special projects
- fulfill guest requests and assist with guest accommodations tidiness
