Job Duties
- Maintain and clean specific areas of the hotel including public spaces, offices, restrooms, and conference rooms
- Cater to guest requests to ensure exceptional customer service
- Wipe and polish furniture and fixtures
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and shampoo carpets
- Wash windows and polish floors
- Manage the removal of trash and cleaning ashtrays
- Advise management of maintenance requirements to keep facilities up to code
- Monitor and maintain supplies based on demand and usage patterns
- Execute in-depth cleaning duties and manage special cleaning projects
- Fulfill guest requests and assist in tidiness of guest accommodations
