Job Duties
- maintain and clean specific areas of the hotel according to highest standards
- cater to guests' requests to ensure exceptional customer service
- clean public areas, offices, restrooms, and conference rooms by wiping and polishing furniture and fixtures
- vacuum, sweep, mop, shampoo carpets, wash windows, and polish floors
- manage removal of trash and cleaning ashtrays
- greet guests with a friendly hello to create an atmosphere of hospitality
- advise management of any maintenance requirements
- monitor and maintain supplies for demand and usage patterns
- execute in-depth cleaning duties and manage exclusive projects
- fulfill guest requests and assist in tidiness of guest accommodations as warranted
