Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- maintain and clean designated hotel areas including public spaces offices restrooms and conference rooms
- adhere to the highest cleaning standards and execute various cleaning tasks such as wiping and polishing furniture fixtures vacuuming sweeping mopping shampooing carpets washing windows and polishing floors
- manage removal of trash and clean ashtrays
- greet guests to create a hospitable atmosphere
- report maintenance needs including fire alarms sprinklers sewer and plumbing systems to management
- monitor and maintain cleaning supplies based on demand and usage
- fulfill guest requests and assist in keeping guest accommodations tidy
