Job Duties
- Maintain and clean designated areas of the hotel
- cater to guests' requests to ensure exceptional customer service
- clean public areas, offices, restrooms, and conference rooms following high standards
- wipe and polish furniture and fixtures
- vacuum, sweep, mop, and shampoo carpets
- wash windows and polish floors
- manage removal of trash and clean ashtrays
- greet guests warmly to create an atmosphere of hospitality
- advise management on maintenance requirements
- monitor and maintain cleaning supplies
- execute in-depth cleaning duties and manage exclusive projects
- fulfill guest requests and assist in tidiness of guest accommodations
