Job Qualifications
- Experience in housekeeping or related cleaning roles
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and prolonged standing
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Commitment to delivering excellent guest service
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Duties
- Maintain and clean designated hotel areas including public spaces, offices, restrooms, and conference rooms
- Cater to guest requests to ensure exceptional customer service
- Perform various cleaning tasks such as wiping and polishing furniture and fixtures, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, shampooing carpets, washing windows, and polishing floors
- Manage the removal of trash and cleaning ashtrays
- Greet each guest warmly to create an atmosphere of hospitality
- Advise management of any maintenance requirements to ensure safety and compliance
- Monitor and maintain cleaning supplies based on demand and usage
- Execute in-depth cleaning duties and manage special cleaning projects
- Assist in maintaining the tidiness of guest accommodations as needed
