Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Maintain and clean designated hotel areas including public spaces, offices, restrooms, and conference rooms
- Wipe and polish furniture and fixtures
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and shampoo carpets
- Wash windows and polish floors
- Manage trash removal and clean ashtrays
- Greet guests warmly to create a hospitable environment
- Report maintenance issues to management to ensure facility compliance
- Monitor and maintain cleaning supplies
- Execute deep cleaning tasks and support special cleaning projects
- Fulfill guest requests and assist with guest accommodation tidiness
