Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- ability to work effectively in a team environment

- basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- commitment to hospitality and guest service excellence
Job Duties
- maintain and clean specific hotel areas including public spaces offices restrooms and conference rooms
- wipe and polish furniture and fixtures
- vacuum carpets sweep and mop floors shampoo carpets wash windows
- polish floors and manage trash and ashtray removal
- greet guests with a friendly hello to create an atmosphere of hospitality
- report maintenance issues such as fire alarms sprinklers sewer and plumbing to management
- monitor and maintain cleaning supplies based on usage
- execute in-depth cleaning duties and manage special cleaning projects
- fulfill guest requests and assist in keeping guest accommodations tidy
