- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe handling procedures
Job Duties
- Maintain and clean designated hotel areas including public spaces, offices, restrooms, and conference rooms
- Cater to guest requests to ensure exceptional customer service
- Wipe and polish furniture and fixtures
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and shampoo carpets
- Wash windows and polish floors
- Manage removal of trash and clean ashtrays
- Monitor and maintain supplies based on demand and usage patterns
- Advise management of any maintenance requirements
- Create an atmosphere of hospitality by greeting guests warmly
- Execute specific cleaning projects as assigned
- Assist in tidiness and cleanliness of guest accommodations
