Job Duties
- maintain and clean specific areas of the hotel including public areas, offices, restrooms, and conference rooms
- wipe and polish furniture and fixtures
- vacuum, sweep, mop, and shampoo carpets
- wash windows and polish floors
- manage the removal of trash and cleaning ashtrays
- create an atmosphere of hospitality by greeting guests
- advise management of maintenance requirements such as fire alarms, sprinklers, and plumbing
- monitor and maintain cleaning supplies
- execute in-depth cleaning duties and manage exclusive projects
- fulfill guest requests and assist in tidiness of guest accommodations
