Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles preferred
- knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods

- ability to work effectively within a team
- basic knowledge of maintenance requirements and safety regulations
- attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards
Job Duties
- maintain and clean designated areas including public spaces, offices, restrooms, and conference rooms
- cater to guest requests to ensure exceptional customer service
- wipe and polish furniture and fixtures
- vacuum, sweep, mop, shampoo carpets, wash windows, and polish floors
- manage the removal of trash and cleaning of ashtrays
- greet guests with a friendly hello to create an atmosphere of hospitality
- report maintenance issues such as fire alarms, sprinklers, sewer and plumbing systems to management
- monitor and maintain housekeeping supplies based on demand and usage patterns
- execute in-depth cleaning duties and manage exclusive projects
- fulfill guest requests and assist in tidiness of guest accommodations
