Job Qualifications
- experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles preferred
- ability to follow instructions and adhere to high standards of cleanliness

- basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures
- physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods

Job Duties
- maintain and clean specific areas of the hotel including public areas offices restrooms and conference rooms
- address guest requests to provide exceptional customer service
- wipe and polish furniture and fixtures
- vacuum sweep mop and shampoo carpets
- wash windows and polish floors
- manage removal of trash and cleaning ashtrays
- advise management of maintenance needs related to fire alarms sprinklers sewer and plumbing systems
- monitor and maintain supplies for demand and usage patterns
- execute in-depth cleaning duties and manage exclusive projects
- fulfill guest requests and assist in tidiness of guest accommodations
