Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Maintain and clean specific hotel areas according to standards
- Cater to guest requests to ensure exceptional customer service
- Clean public areas, offices, restrooms, and conference rooms
- Wipe and polish furniture and fixtures
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and shampoo carpets
- Wash windows and polish floors
- Manage removal of trash and cleaning of ashtrays
- Greet guests warmly to create a hospitable atmosphere
- Report maintenance issues such as fire alarms, sprinklers, plumbing, and sewer systems
- Monitor and maintain cleaning supplies inventory
- Execute in-depth cleaning duties and special projects
- Assist in tidiness of guest accommodations
