Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles advantageous
- ability to work effectively in a team environment
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- attention to detail and commitment to high standards
- ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
Job Duties
- maintain and clean specific hotel areas including public spaces offices restrooms and conference rooms
- cater to guests' requests to ensure exceptional customer service
- wipe and polish furniture and fixtures
- vacuum carpets sweep and mop floors shampoo carpets wash windows polish floors
- manage the removal of trash and cleaning ashtrays
- greet guests with a friendly hello to create an atmosphere of hospitality
- advise management of any maintenance requirements such as fire alarms sprinklers plumbing and sewer systems
- monitor and maintain supplies to ensure adequate availability
- execute in-depth cleaning duties and manage special projects
- fulfill guest requests and assist in tidiness of guest accommodations
