Job Duties
- maintain and clean specific areas of the hotel including public spaces offices restrooms and conference rooms
- wipe and polish furniture and fixtures
- vacuum sweep mop and shampoo carpets
- wash windows and polish floors
- manage removal of trash and cleaning of ashtrays
- greet guests with a friendly hello to create a hospitable atmosphere
- advise management of maintenance needs related to fire alarms sprinklers and plumbing systems
- monitor and maintain supplies to ensure adequate availability
- execute in-depth cleaning duties and manage exclusive projects
- fulfill guest requests and assist in tidiness of guest accommodations
