Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks
- Commitment to providing excellent guest service
Job Duties
- Maintain and clean designated areas including public spaces, offices, restrooms, and conference rooms
- Wipe and polish furniture and fixtures
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and shampoo carpets
- Wash windows and polish floors
- Manage trash removal and clean ashtrays
- Create a hospitable environment by greeting guests warmly
- Advise management on maintenance needs
- Monitor and maintain housekeeping supplies
- Execute deep cleaning duties and manage special projects
- Fulfill guest requests and assist with guest accommodations tidiness
