Job Duties
- Maintain and clean designated areas including public spaces, offices, restrooms, and conference rooms according to highest standards
- Wipe and polish furniture and fixtures
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and shampoo carpets
- Wash windows and polish floors
- Manage removal of trash and cleaning ashtrays
- Greet guests with a friendly hello to create a hospitable environment
- Advise management of maintenance needs such as fire alarms, sprinklers, sewer, and plumbing systems
- Monitor and maintain cleaning supplies based on demand and usage
- Execute in-depth cleaning duties and manage exclusive projects
- Fulfill guest requests and assist in guest accommodation tidiness as required
