Job Qualifications

Experience in housekeeping or janitorial services preferred
Ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures and standards

Basic understanding of maintenance reporting
Positive attitude and commitment to hospitality
High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Duties

Maintain and clean designated areas including public spaces, offices, restrooms, and conference rooms according to highest standards
Wipe and polish furniture and fixtures
Vacuum, sweep, mop, and shampoo carpets
Wash windows and polish floors
Manage removal of trash and cleaning ashtrays
Greet guests with a friendly hello to create a hospitable environment
Advise management of maintenance needs such as fire alarms, sprinklers, sewer, and plumbing systems
Monitor and maintain cleaning supplies based on demand and usage
Execute in-depth cleaning duties and manage exclusive projects
Fulfill guest requests and assist in guest accommodation tidiness as required
