Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial roles advantageous
- Knowledge of cleaning materials and equipment
- Ability to follow safety protocols and hygiene standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service experience helpful
- Ability to work in team environments and independently when needed
Job Duties
- Maintain and clean designated hotel areas including public spaces offices restrooms and conference rooms adhering to highest standards
- Wipe and polish furniture and fixtures
- Vacuum sweep mop and shampoo carpets
- Wash windows and polish floors
- Manage removal of trash and clean ashtrays
- Create an atmosphere of hospitality by greeting guests warmly
- Advise management of maintenance requirements to keep facilities up to code
- Monitor and maintain cleaning supplies based on usage patterns
- Execute in-depth cleaning duties and manage exclusive cleaning projects
- Fulfill guest requests and assist in tidiness of guest accommodations
