Job Duties
- maintain and clean designated areas including public spaces offices restrooms and conference rooms
- wipe and polish furniture and fixtures
- vacuum sweep mop and shampoo carpets
- wash windows and polish floors
- manage removal of trash and cleaning of ashtrays
- greet guests with a friendly hello to create an atmosphere of hospitality
- advise management on maintenance requirements and keep the facility up to code
