Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred

Job Duties
- maintain and clean specific hotel areas including public areas, offices, restrooms, and conference rooms
- wipe and polish furniture and fixtures
- vacuum, sweep, mop, and shampoo carpets
- wash windows and polish floors
- remove trash and clean ashtrays
- greet guests with a friendly hello to create a hospitable atmosphere
- report maintenance needs such as fire alarms and plumbing issues
- monitor and maintain cleaning supplies inventory
- perform in-depth cleaning duties and manage special projects
- fulfill guest requests and assist with guest accommodation tidiness
