Job Duties
- maintain and clean designated hotel areas including public spaces offices restrooms and conference rooms
- cater to guest requests to ensure exceptional customer service
- wipe and polish furniture and fixtures
- vacuum sweep mop and shampoo carpets
- wash windows and polish floors
- manage trash removal and clean ashtrays
- advise management of maintenance needs including fire alarms sprinklers sewer and plumbing systems
- monitor and maintain cleaning supplies inventory
- execute detailed cleaning projects
- fulfill guest requests and assist with guest room tidiness as needed
- greet guests warmly to create a friendly hospitality atmosphere
