Job Qualifications

- basic knowledge of safety and hygiene standards
- physical stamina to perform manual cleaning tasks
Job Duties
- maintain and clean specific areas of the hotel including public areas offices restrooms and conference rooms
- cater to guests' requests to ensure exceptional customer service
- wipe and polish furniture and fixtures
- vacuum carpets sweep and mop floors
- shampoo carpets and wash windows
- polish floors and manage trash removal and cleaning ashtrays
- greet guests warmly and create an atmosphere of hospitality
- advise management of maintenance requirements
- monitor and maintain supplies for demand and usage
- execute in-depth cleaning duties and manage exclusive projects
- assist in tidiness of guest accommodations as warranted
