Job Duties
- maintain and clean designated hotel areas including public areas, offices, restrooms, and conference rooms
- respond promptly to guest requests to provide exceptional service
- wipe and polish furniture and fixtures
- vacuum, sweep, mop, and shampoo carpets
- wash windows and polish floors
- manage removal of trash and cleaning ashtrays
- create a welcoming atmosphere by greeting each guest
- advise management of maintenance requirements
- monitor and maintain cleaning supplies
- execute in-depth cleaning duties and manage special projects
- assist with tidiness of guest accommodations
