Job Duties
- maintain and clean specific areas of the hotel including public areas, offices, restrooms, and conference rooms
- adhere to the highest standards of cleanliness
- wipe and polish furniture and fixtures
- vacuum, sweep, mop, and shampoo carpets
- wash windows and polish floors
- manage trash removal and clean ashtrays
- create an atmosphere of hospitality by greeting guests warmly
- advise management of maintenance requirements
- monitor and maintain supplies based on usage
- execute in-depth cleaning duties and manage exclusive projects
- fulfill guest requests and assist with tidiness of guest accommodations
