Job Duties
- Maintain and clean specific hotel areas including public spaces, offices, restrooms, and conference rooms
- Cater to guest requests to provide exceptional customer service
- Perform detailed cleaning tasks such as wiping and polishing furniture and fixtures, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, shampooing carpets, washing windows, and polishing floors
- Manage trash removal and cleaning of ashtrays
- Greet guests with a friendly hello to create an atmosphere of hospitality
- Advise management of maintenance requirements to ensure facilities are up to code
- Monitor and maintain cleaning supplies inventory
- Execute in-depth cleaning duties and manage exclusive projects
- Assist in the tidiness of guest accommodations
