Job Duties
- maintain and clean specified hotel areas
- cater to guest requests for exceptional service
- clean public areas, offices, restrooms, and conference rooms
- wipe and polish furniture and fixtures
- vacuum, sweep, mop, and shampoo carpets
- wash windows and polish floors
- remove trash and clean ashtrays
- create an atmosphere of hospitality by greeting guests
- report maintenance issues to management
- monitor and manage cleaning supplies
- perform in-depth cleaning duties and manage cleaning projects
- assist in tidiness of guest accommodations as needed
