Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in housekeeping or custodial work preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Attention to detail and adherence to cleanliness standards
- Good communication skills
- Ability to handle guest inquiries and requests professionally

Job Duties
- Maintain and clean specific hotel areas including public spaces, offices, restrooms, and conference rooms
- Wipe and polish furniture and fixtures
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, shampoo carpets, wash windows, and polish floors
- Manage trash removal and clean ashtrays
- Greet guests with a friendly hello to create an atmosphere of hospitality
- Advise management of maintenance needs including fire alarms, sprinklers, sewer, and plumbing systems
- Monitor and maintain cleaning supplies inventory
- Execute in-depth cleaning duties and undertake exclusive projects
- Fulfill guest requests and assist with guest accommodations cleanliness as needed
