- prior janitorial or custodial experience
- ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- knowledge of cleaning procedures and safety protocols

- flexibility to work various shifts if needed

Job Duties
- perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, offices, or residential spaces using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
- maintain high standards of cleanliness by dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces regularly
- handle janitorial tasks such as trash removal, restocking supplies, and disinfecting high-touch areas to promote hygiene and safety
- conduct floor care activities including buffing, polishing, and stripping to ensure floors are pristine and well-maintained
- assist with custodial duties related to industrial or commercial cleaning projects as needed
- support facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs or painting to uphold the property's appearance and functionality
- follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with health standards
