Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year of housekeeping or residential cleaning experience
- Flexible schedule with availability between 10 AM and 4 PM
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a drug test
- No criminal history
- Physical stamina for cleaning tasks such as lifting and bending
- Willingness to travel 100% within Shreveport, LA
Job Qualifications

- Minimum of one year of residential cleaning experience
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting and standing for long periods
- Strong attention to detail and consistency in work quality
- Reliable transportation to travel between properties
- Flexibility to accommodate varying schedules and last-minute assignments
- Strong communication skills to report issues and follow company instructions
Job Duties
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize all guest rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, hallways, and designated spaces according to company protocols
- Perform detailed cleaning tasks including dusting surfaces, vacuuming carpets, mopping floors, polishing fixtures and appliances, and removing debris
- Fully sanitize kitchens and bathrooms ensuring all areas are disinfected and free of residue, streaks, hair, and odors
- Strip and replace all used linens and remake beds according to company presentation standards, replenish guest amenities
- Empty trash receptacles, replace liners, and dispose of waste properly
- Inspect properties upon completion to ensure readiness, arrange furniture and décor for a polished appearance
- Report damages, missing items, maintenance concerns, or inventory shortages immediately before leaving the property
