Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- strong attention to detail
- excellent communication and customer service skills

- basic knowledge of cleaning agents and equipment
- physical stamina to perform cleaning duties
Job Duties
- maintain and clean specific areas of the hotel including public areas, offices, restrooms, and conference rooms
- wipe and polish furniture and fixtures
- vacuum carpets and sweep and mop floors
- shampoo carpets and wash windows
- polish floors and remove trash and clean ashtrays
- respond to guest requests and assist with guest accommodations tidiness
- advise management of maintenance needs and monitor supply usage
