Job Duties
- maintain and clean specified hotel areas including public spaces, offices, restrooms, and conference rooms
- attend to guest requests to provide exceptional service
- wipe and polish furniture and fixtures
- vacuum, sweep, mop, and shampoo carpets
- wash windows and polish floors
- manage trash removal and clean ashtrays
- create a welcoming atmosphere by greeting guests
- report any maintenance issues to management to ensure safety compliance
- monitor and maintain cleaning supplies and usage
- execute detailed cleaning tasks and manage special cleaning projects
- assist in keeping guest accommodations tidy as needed
