Job Requirements
- Minimum one-year housekeeping experience
- Possess good knowledge of housekeeping and laundry standard operating procedures and techniques
- High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- Ability to perform physical activities such as sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling
- Ability to maintain specific vision abilities including close, distance, and peripheral vision
- Capability to stand for eight-hour shifts
- Willingness to work in indoor environments with hard and carpeted surfaces
- Availability for exposure to extreme temperature conditions including heat and cold

Job Duties
- Maintain guest room cleanliness, including cleaning bath and kitchen areas, vacuuming or washing floors, removing trash, dusting and polishing furnishings
- Maintain outside room appearance including cleaning sliding doors, air conditioning grills, windows, and removing trash from surrounding outdoor areas
- Ensure all hotel areas meet company standards even if not specifically assigned
- Visually inspect guest rooms, public areas, and service areas for cleanliness and presentation quality
- Notify supervisor immediately of any safety or security violations and guest concerns
- Operate housekeeping equipment and restock housekeeping cart supplies
- Notify head housekeeper or supervisor of room readiness
- Maintain superior customer service when interacting with guests
