Job Duties
- Prepares bed and bath linens
- cleans and straightens rooms
- displays and replaces amenities and promotional materials
- removes trash, soiled linen, etc. and takes to appropriate area for pick up
- maintains supplies necessary to clean rooms efficiently
- utilizes proper cleaning methods to prevent injury
- keeps supply cart stocked
- performs laundry, pressing and folding of towels and linens
- reports deficiencies in guest rooms and on guest floors to housekeeping/engineering management team
- ensures cleanliness of guest room hallways, elevators, public areas, and service corridors according to hotel standards
- inventories and maintains cleanliness of linen closets
- projects professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to provide personalized service to guests
- sets, stocks, and maintains guestrooms and spaces in line with brand standards
- adheres to the hotel's lost and found policies and procedures
