Job Requirements
- Must be able to work morning shifts

- Previous housekeeping or maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects
- Good physical health and stamina

- Must be at least 18 years old

- Previous experience in housekeeping or maintenance roles preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Ability to respond promptly to guest requests
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor tasks

Job Duties
- Clean designated areas including restrooms, public areas, offices, and banquet/meeting/conference rooms
- Perform tasks such as dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, shampooing carpets, washing windows, cleaning/waxing floors, removing and disposing of trash, and emptying ashtrays
- Greet guests in a friendly manner
- Report maintenance deficiencies and items in need of repair
- Stock and maintain supply rooms as needed
- Perform deep cleaning tasks and special projects such as mattress flipping and furniture moves as needed
- Deliver guest requests and assist in cleaning guest rooms as needed
