Job Duties
- maintain the appearance and cleanliness of hotel guest rooms and public spaces
- deliver guest requests promptly and courteously
- stock housekeeping carts with necessary supplies
- follow company policies and safety procedures to ensure a safe work environment
- adhere to the Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards including employee promise, credo, and service values
- communicate professionally with guests and team members
- move, lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance
