Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • reliable and punctual
  • ability to operate cleaning equipment safely
  • understanding of safety and sanitation regulations
  • ability to maintain confidentiality
  • ability to work evenings and flexible hours as required

Job Duties

  • Complete 24 turndown rooms between the hours of 5:30-9:30pm
  • complete daily assigned stayover and checkout rooms/credit, usually 3-4 credits per day between 1:30pm-5pm
  • turndown occupied and arrival guest rooms including replace used amenities, ice, towels, glasses, turndown bed, leave chocolates, empty trash, close drapes, and turn on music following proper sequence
  • clean occupied and departure rooms including make beds, vacuum, dust, scrub restrooms, clean patio, and refresh and supply guest room amenities
  • efficiently process and prioritize tasks
  • be attentive to guests, continually serving them to ensure enjoyable visits
  • remain calm and courteous in demanding and difficult guest situations, resolving whenever possible and reporting to supervisor or manager
