Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least six months of related experience
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
- Open availability including weekends and holidays
- Valid documentation to work in the US
- Meet legal age requirements
- Willingness to work independently and as a team player
- Understanding of all safety requirements
- Basic language skills to understand directions and concepts
- Commitment to punctual and reliable attendance

Job Duties
- Obtain assignment of rooms for turndown service during evening standup
- Turn down beds according to resort standards
- Replenish supplies such as towels, toilet paper, and in-room amenities
- Empty all trash in rooms and replace plastic bags as needed
- Report any room deficiencies to Housekeeping Management or Engineering
- Deliver express checkouts, daily newsletters, and bedtime stories to guest rooms
- Deliver turndown amenities to rooms
- Replenish water in guest rooms
- Create a restful atmosphere by turning on fireplace, music, and nightstand lights
- Maintain punctual, regular, and reliable attendance
- Support safe work habits and a safe working environment
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management
