Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least six months of related experience
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Open availability including weekends and holidays
  • Valid documentation to work in the US
  • Meet legal age requirements
  • Willingness to work independently and as a team player
  • Understanding of all safety requirements
  • Basic language skills to understand directions and concepts
  • Commitment to punctual and reliable attendance

Job Duties

  • Obtain assignment of rooms for turndown service during evening standup
  • Turn down beds according to resort standards
  • Replenish supplies such as towels, toilet paper, and in-room amenities
  • Empty all trash in rooms and replace plastic bags as needed
  • Report any room deficiencies to Housekeeping Management or Engineering
  • Deliver express checkouts, daily newsletters, and bedtime stories to guest rooms
  • Deliver turndown amenities to rooms
  • Replenish water in guest rooms
  • Create a restful atmosphere by turning on fireplace, music, and nightstand lights
  • Maintain punctual, regular, and reliable attendance
  • Support safe work habits and a safe working environment
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Management
