Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent GED
- Six month related experience
- Must have open availability, work weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift 30 lbs
- Coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
- Understand and follow safety protocols
- Provide valid documentation to work in the US
- Meet legal age requirements for the position
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equal to a GED
- Six month related experience
- Commitment to excellence and high standards
- Ability to manage priorities and workflow
- Versatile and flexible with a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
- Understand safety requirements and cautions
- Speak and understand basic terms, directions, and concepts in the primary workplace language
- Valid documents to work in the US
- Meet legal age requirements for the position
- Open availability including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Obtain assignment of rooms for turndown service during evening standup
- Turn down beds according to resort standards
- Replenish supplies such as towels, toilet paper, and all other in room amenities
- Empty all trash in room and replace plastic bag when needed
- Report any room deficiencies to Housekeeping Management or Engineering
- Deliver express check outs, daily newsletters, headlines page, and bedtime stories to guest rooms
- Deliver turndown amenities to room
- Replenish water
- Create a restful atmosphere by turning on the fireplace, music, and night stand lights
- Maintain punctual, regular, and reliable attendance
- Support safe work habits and a safe working environment
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management
