Job Requirements
- Associates degree in a related area or 5+ years related experience
- Minimum 3 years experience in housekeeping or training management
- Professional presentation skills
- Knowledge of hotel operations and AAA standards
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays

- Minimum 3 years experience as a housekeeping or training manager or equivalent
- Professional presentation skills
- Thorough knowledge of hotel operations, AAA, and housekeeping standards
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Preferred 5+ years experience in training or housekeeping
- Experience with AAA service standards
- Bilingual Spanish/Creole
Job Duties
- Assist property leadership in recruitment and hiring of GRAs
- Establish standardized training materials for training
- Develop and present new hire orientation programs
- Create introductory schedules for new GRAs
- Schedule and monitor training with Star Trainers
- Maintain monthly onboarding cycles for GRAs
- Document onboarding and training processes
- Complete and track training checklists
- Administer new hire certification and interviews
- Develop training programs for hourly, supervisory, and management staff
- Conduct departmental meetings
- Attend housekeeping management meetings
- Conduct training needs assessments
- Monitor housekeeping product and service consistency
- Participate in team member survey analysis and performance issue resolution
- Communicate updates to housekeeping standards and initiatives
- Collaborate on incentive program creation and implementation
- Establish quality assurance teams
- Oversee compliance training
- Generate and distribute monthly training reports
- Coordinate housekeeping Star Trainer programs
- Assist with career path training coordination
- Support housekeeping operations and special projects
- Promote management and team member development
- Develop safety incentive programs
- Assist with team member events
- Conduct Mighty Clean audits and inspections
- Conduct GRA MM tracking inspections
- Inspect and score rooms for quality
- Assist with team member recertification
- Ensure regular attendance
- Work varying schedules as needed
- Perform physical and mental effort requirements
- Execute other assigned duties
