Job Requirements
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
- Dependable and able to work assigned shifts including mandatory Saturdays
- Must wear steel-toe shoes
- Valid driver’s license is required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, industrial setting
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous janitorial or industrial cleaning experience is an advantage
- Ability to follow safety protocols and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Good communication skills
Job Duties
- Perform general janitorial tasks including sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and restroom sanitation
- Clean designated areas within the plant facility
- Follow all site-specific safety procedures
- Use cleaning tools and equipment as required
- Report any supply needs or operational issues to the supervisor
