Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age or older
- able to lift up to 50 lbs
- able to work outside for long periods in varying weather conditions
- ability to walk stand bend twist and stoop continuously
- ability to push pull and perform manual labor
- ability to work on ladders for extended periods
- ability to drive a golf cart
- must be able to work weekends
- ability to follow safety procedures including use of PPE
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- experience with floor maintenance such as stripping and waxing floors highly preferred
- must be 18 years of age or older
- able to work independently and as part of a team
- self-motivated and customer service oriented
- able to work weekends as required
Job Duties
- perform daily and deep-clean custodial duties including restroom sanitation dusting vacuuming mopping laundry floor scrubbing and trash removal
- perform minor building maintenance tasks and monitor custodial supply levels reporting discrepancies
- set up rooms for events staff meetings education classes and other activities according to layouts
- respond promptly to guest or staff cleaning needs ensuring positive visitor experience
- perform safety procedures including lock-out tag-out operating firefighting equipment and wearing PPE
- assist with Garden-wide special events and other duties as assigned
