Job Requirements
- High school graduate
- Basic skills training in housekeeping
- Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and safe handling procedures
- Good communication skills in English
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and handle housekeeping equipment
Job Qualifications
- English literate to meet business needs
- Good knowledge of housekeeping daily operations on guest floors
- Flexible with working hours and able to work morning and evening shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Good knowledge of chemical usage and cleaning rooms
- High school graduate and attended skills training school
Job Duties
- Play a vital role in creating a positive impression on guests by ensuring their rooms are impeccably maintained and requests promptly addressed in line with the hotel’s service objectives
- Execute housekeeping duties assigned for specific guest rooms such as making beds, scrubbing bathrooms, dusting furniture, and vacuuming carpets
- Monitor guest requests for linen, towels, and other amenities and ensure prompt replenishment
- Fulfill extensive cleaning responsibilities whenever needed
- Keep the housekeeping cart stocked and maintained daily and transport supplies during daily duties
- Dispose of garbage and recyclables correctly
- Contribute to a better and cleaner future through proper waste management
