Job Duties
- Play a vital role in creating a positive impression on guests by ensuring that their rooms are impeccably maintained and their requests are promptly addressed in keeping with the hotel's objective of delivering outstanding service
- Execute housekeeping duties that have been assigned for specific guest rooms such as making beds, scrubbing bathrooms, dusting furniture, and vacuuming carpets
- Monitor the guest's request for linen, towels, and other amenities, and ensure they are filled up promptly
- Fulfill extensive cleaning responsibilities whenever needed
- Ensure the housekeeping cart is kept up-to-date by stocking and maintaining it daily, and effectively transporting supplies during daily duties
- Dispose of garbage and recyclables correctly
- Contribute to a better and cleaner future
