Job Requirements
- High school graduate
- Attended skills training school
- Able to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Good communication skills in English
- Physical ability to perform housekeeping duties
- No prior experience required
Job Qualifications
- English literate to meet business needs
- Good knowledge of housekeeping daily operations on guest floors
- Flexible with working hours including morning and evening shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Good knowledge of chemical usage and room cleaning
- High school graduate and attended skills training school
Job Duties
- Ensure guest rooms are impeccably maintained and requests promptly addressed
- Execute assigned housekeeping duties such as making beds, scrubbing bathrooms, dusting furniture, and vacuuming carpets
- Monitor guest requests for linen, towels, and other amenities and ensure prompt fulfillment
- Fulfill extensive cleaning responsibilities as needed
- Stock and maintain housekeeping cart daily and transport supplies effectively
- Dispose of garbage and recyclables correctly to promote cleanliness and environmental responsibility
